I joined Hyland Software and Global Education Services in 2008, after spending 13 years in Financial Services. When I started with ES, I immediately noticed how well everyone supported one another – since then, I have worked hard to provide that same level of support.
My team is responsible for interacting with all aspects of the Hyland Community; customers, resellers and Hyland employees contact us to find out what classes are coming up, how to register, what the payment process is, and what the prerequisites are. No two days are ever the same for us.
