Before joining Hyland Software in 2012, I spent six years at the Cleveland Clinic working in Graduate Medical Education, supporting our future medical experts.
Today I’m responsible for assisting our customer and partners with their onsite training requests. I support our trainers at the start of class to help with any questions or concerns our customers may have with training. I also work with the lead instructor with the external training schedule we offer week to week. If you have questions about processes and procedures, I am a great resource – and if I don’t know the answer, I am always eager to find it and share it.
