I joined Hyland Software in 1996 as a member of Technical Support and soon became the first member of Global Education Services. Back in the early days, I taught classes all day before putting on my chauffer’s cap and driving students to the evening entertainment that I hosted.
From early on in my career, I’ve been driven to provide customer service and I truly care about the quality of what we deliver. I’m always interested in finding new, better, and memorable ways to solve challenges. I firmly believe that it’s important to continue to improve – even in small ways – to be the best team in the industry.
