I started at Hyland in Tech Support the week of Thanksgiving 2011. Since my start here, I’ve been blown away by just about everything this company does, especially the focus on training (both internally and externally).
Prior to Hyland, I worked in Tech Support roles at SmartEd Services (a SMARTBoard Reseller) and the Apple Store at Legacy Village. In both those roles (and in many other circumstances) I naturally fell into opportunities to do training. I always enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with others.
