"Because I’m an overachiever, I’ll give you two: 1) Get involved! If there’s a project you’re interested in working on or a skill you’d like to learn, speak up! Hyland is an environment where you can create your own opportunities. 2) Try to coordinate outfits and colors with your team at least once a week. It’s fun to walk around the office as a pack, letting your team colors shine!”

Tracy Naso

Team Lead, E-Learning Development

I graduated from John Carroll University with a major in Communications and a minor in Business. I have worked for several northeast Ohio companies in Learning and Development for about 10 years – including one of Hyland’s earliest and largest customers!

Joining Hyland in 2012 was my first foray into software; I previously worked in the insurance and manufacturing/distribution industries. But, no matter where I’ve worked, I’ve focused heavily on advocating for, and coaching others on, the benefits of incorporating instructional design principals into organizational learning.

I like to consider myself an advocate for positive change and I always try to be someone who “models the way”.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy playing Legos with my daughter and working in my yard.
