How do I complete and submit an IR?

This short report template (Word Doc) can be downloaded by clicking the “Download IR Template” button at the top of the page. Save the report template (Word Document) to your desktop and complete it using the template fields. Your completed IR should be sent to installation_report@onbase.com (Word or PDF format). If this report was submitted as a prerequisite for a Certification, please know that it is then in review and you should receive our feedback within 10 business days.

Which OnBase Certifications require an IR?

An IR is required for the OnBase Certified Installer (OCI), and OnBase Certified Support Engineer (OCSE) certifications.

Who needs to complete an IR?

Completing the IR is meant to be a collaborative process; any member of your team who works with your OnBase solution should contribute to the IR. However, each team member must submit his/her own copy of the IR for certification purposes. Any member of your team who administers or maintains your OnBase solution should have access to the IR.

Why should I share the information in the IR with Hyland Software?

We share your IR with our internal Technical Support for diagnostic and troubleshooting purposes. We value your security and will not share your information outside of Hyland Software.
