OnBase Certified Advanced System Administrator (OCASA)

The OnBase Certified Advanced System Administrator (OCASA) certification is awarded to OnBase system administrators who exhibit an advanced level of OnBase product knowledge and demonstrate the ability to capably administer and enhance their OnBase solution.

Complete the Advanced System Administration Course

This five (5) day course will extend your knowledge of OnBase system administration beyond the basic elements introduced in the System Administration course.

Complete an OnBase Disaster Recovery Plan

Download and complete the OnBase Disaster Recovery Plan, then email your final report to training@hyland.com.

FAQs

Do you still have questions about the OCASA certification?

The OCSA certification is a requirement for the OCASA, it provides the foundation of knowledge necessary for you to be successful in the Advanced System Administration course.
Once you have been certified, it will take 8-10 weeks to receive your plaque. If you haven’t received it after 10 weeks, send us an e-mail at training@hyland.com.
All OnBase certifications are valid for two years and can be easily renewed in two-year increments.
See the Recertification Options section above with details on how to renew your certification for an additional 2 years.

Absolutely! As long as your certifications are current, we encourage you to include them in your resume or e-mail signature.
You will retain your OnBase certifications until they expire, but you will not have access to OnBase resources or systems until you are again employed by an authorized OnBase partner or customer.
