Technical Support Training

The Technical Support Training series was designed for individuals who provide technical support for OnBase solutions. Its mission is to allow Support staff to learn advanced troubleshooting techniques on existing modules and stay current with new modules and features. These classes are taught by members of Hyland's Technical Support, Quality Assurance, or Development departments.
