OnBase Start Initiative

Training OnBase Professionals for the Marketplace

What is the Start Initiative?

The OnBase Start Initiative finds and trains talented professionals in the marketplace seeking an EIM career as an OnBase Administrator. The Start Iniative finds, develops, and connects new OnBase professionals to organizations with open positions to bridge the gap in OnBase demand and trained candidates. This training program establishes and validates the skills of individuals new to the OnBase world and looking to move into or start their EIM careers.

Lack of Trained Administrators

The Challenge

A consistant challenge organizations have in expanding ther OnBase solution is the lack of trained administrators in the marketplace. On numerous occasions, Hyland has been informed by customers and partners of open positions for OnBase professionals that they are unable to fill. Each OnBase opportunity that does not get realized or is delayed due to lack of staff directly impacts organizations deriving additional value from their EIM investment.

The Training

The training program incorporates multiple methods of education delivery and assessment to ensure that graduates are experienced in both the technology as well as the typical demands of an OnBase Administrator. This initiative also connects interested Customers and Partners to recent program attendees in support of interviewing and hiring. This program also further expands Hyland’s support of communities for which it serves.
